Spring is around the corner, and the season is short! Best time is late february to mid April.
I use the best reciprocating aerator on the market, the Billygoat 2501 Aerator.
(look it up on youtube) I have modified it by installing a Gandy seedbox (also the best on the market), so I can aerate and seed all in one pass.
My service area is 25 miles from the dot on the map, but I'm willing to travel further, if you pay the travel time.
I use Lesco transition blend tall fescue seed, at a rate of 4 lbs per thousand feet of lawn area, or I can seed with any seed you choose to supply, for a small handling fee.
