Frost Law seeks a Bankruptcy/Litigation Associate to join our Annapolis law firm.
Frost Law is a fast-growing full-service law firm based in Annapolis, Maryland.
Frost Law seeks a candidate who is willing to jump into a fast-paced environment and grow the firm’s Bankruptcy and Collections Practice.
The ideal candidate will be licensed in Maryland, but licenses in Virginia, and the District of Columbia are a big plus.
Outstanding research, drafting, and analytical skills, as well as a strong academic background, are required.
The ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues is essential.

Responsibilities include:
Review of documents for filing bankruptcy cases
Drafting bankruptcy motions related to case needs.
Review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, applications, and plans.
Review and prepare collection cases for District and Circuit Courts
Experience filing documents in bankruptcy court and state courts
Filing petitions and motions in the various bankruptcy courts.
Extensive communication with clients, creditors, and court staff.
Provide support for our growing practice.
