This is a brand new house in a completely new neighborhood with no crime.
The house is around 1400 sqft with an open layout and all new everything from stove to fridge to dishwasher.
I am very mellow and drama free and I am looking for the same.
Along with that I am very clean thanks to my OCD lol so I am looking for a clean mature man or woman to rent a room in my house.
A woman would be the best just because I think we would get along the best, but I am open to all options.
