students as well as numerous visiting scholars and professors from Scandinavia, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, etc.

Available for $595/month will be a private Bedroom with a private Bath, and shared common areas of the rental house.
Also available will be a Suite of rooms that includes a Bedroom, an adjacent Office Room (formerly a professor's home), and its own private Hall Bath (with tub/shower) for $800/month plus shared common areas.
A refundable one-month rental security deposit is collected.
A Tenant has an individual lease (responsible for their rent only) and pays a share of monthly utilities.
Leases contain a clause providing a two-month notice to end the lease by either party if needed.
Large common areas of the house include a kitchen/breakfast area with full laundry, dining room, living room, side porch, front yard, driveway parking, some storage area, etc.
Can be basically furnished (included) for tenants arriving from out of the country.
Some small pets may be considered.
The rental house is State College Borough licensed, has the required student rental permit, and is currently inspected.
