)_ * Prepare the detailed schedule for Manufacturing and Packaging with respect to the master schedule and plan discussed and approved in S&OP meeting, both for batches and sequence towards Inventory Projections.
* Assist in updating the shop floor schedule in consultation with Planning whenever resource issues occur.
Recast the schedule as & when required and/or every week to keep the priority and constraint current.
* Review schedule adherence and provide feedback and adjustments for future schedules as needed.
Look ahead at all aspects of the operations to ensure that all roadblocks are addressed and eliminated prior to issues causing delays in schedule adherence.
Deploy schedule on shop floor, mapping manufacturing and packaging resources to equipment and unit operations.
* Publish schedule attainment reports for both manufacturing and packaging and liaison with process confirmation teams.
* Work with multiple functions (e.
g.
Manufacturing, Quality, MS&T, Packaging, Maintenance, etc.
) to create an effective executable schedule.
Work directly with Warehouse to ensure staging of materials is in order for the plan to be met.
* Work closely with Quality for batch record issuance.
* Work closely with Maintenance to incorporate shutdown, preventative maintenance and calibration schedules into the shop-floor schedule.
* Provide schedule for MS&T batches for timely new product development, exhibit, verification and validation batches * Work closely with Engineering and MS&T for all equipment trials, validation and test batch scheduling.
Ensure relevant documentation is issued for each activity.
* Incorporate protocol-based activities like inspection into the schedules and liaisons with Quality for ensuring batches are cleared prior to being staged for a room release.
* Integrate stability schedules in liaison with Planning related to material changes or annual stability plans.
* Maximize capacity utilization for the available equipment * Provide inputs to S&OP by creating a feasible schedule including any challenges associated with equipment /quality /material /manning /resources etc.
* Reporting and resolution of aged WIP in plant and manage production within hold time range to minimize QMS impact.
Follows through on batches held with deviations etc.
to ensure proper batch flow and reduce retest.
* Work with all shifts, as needed to ensure shift level schedule is deployed and made visible.
* Maintain and update process orders within the current ERP system.
* Revise and maintain capacity tools i.
e.
cycle times and changeover time standards to ensure proper resource planning in liaison with Business Excellence.

and/or 3 plus years of previous related experience.
* Industry Experience Required * Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in scheduling the shop floor.
* Proficiency required in MS Office applications and SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing lean processes with data management.
* Specialized Certifications/ License/Training * Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining shop floor schedules and data systems *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
