Construction Project Manager

*Construction Project Manager* *Commercial General Contractor* in *Upper Marlboro, MD *seeks motivated Project Manager to run a job from start to finish, including: attend site visits; prepare estimates (coordinate subcontractor quotes & RFIs), submittals, and close-out documents; maintain contact with owner & subs and attend progress meetings; handle subcontractor issues; and keep project on schedule.
This person should be skilled in all trades, OSHA guidelines, and be able to anticipate/solve problems.
Must be able to pass background check and have reliable transportation.
Familiarity with the Federal Government contracting process and experience with IDIQ-type contracts preferred.
