Education and skills: * EIT * 5+ years of increasingly responsible project management experience in civil engineering that includes design of residential and commercial land development, institutional and municipal/county government projects.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess project needs and deliver client solutions.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD® Civil 3D® * Engaging verbal/written communication skills and ability to comfortably interact with people from all kinds of backgrounds.
* Business development experience with ability to establish/nurture connections with influencers representing our target markets.
