Tanglewood serves residential and commercial clients, architects and builders worldwide with conservatories, unique skylights, estate greenhouses, pool enclosures and architectural pavilions.

*Goal of this position: *
Accurate and timely financial transactions, reporting, recordkeeping and compliance to support operations and decision making throughout the company.
*Responsibilities:*
* Full accounting functions, AP, AR, payroll, customer invoicing
* Reconciliations
* Budgeting, job cost accounting, reporting and analysis
* Project and tracking of Work in Process for multiple jobs
* State and federal licensing, reporting and compliance
* Develop and implement systems and processes
* Direct interface with operations personnel and management
* Primary interface with external accountant
*Qualifications and skills:*
* Five years bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing, job shop production or construction environment
* Degree in accounting
* Fluency with Quickbooks Premier
* Experience working on multiple objectives in a matrix organization
* Technologically savvy
* Experience with direct customer interaction a plus
* Management experience a plus
