_About the Role: This position is responsible for implementing security designs and maintaining physical and cyber security infrastructure (Access Control, Video Surveillance, Perimeter Fencing, & Motion Detection systems) that support the compliance requirements and operations at AES Clean Energy sites throughout the US.
Depending on the project, this role will be expected to act as both a project manager and/or a hands-on technician.

_About You: The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following skills and/or experience:_
* _Physical access control systems_
* _Video surveillance and management systems_
* _IP-based networking concepts_
* _Able to safely work from heights exceeding 15 feet.
_
* _Install, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot physical access control and video management systems, including peripherals (control boards, cameras, cabling, proxy readers, etc.
)_
* _Conduct routine hardware and software audits of all supported security devices to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and requirements.
_
* _Experience handling concurrent projects/vendors.
_
* _Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on security equipment and software.
_
* _Experience in fiber optic cabling and termination_
* _Provide technical support and training on security systems.
_
* _Research and recommend new security technologies and best practices.
_
* _Proficiency in security systems hardware and software installation and configuration.
_
* _Ability to troubleshoot and repair security systems issues.
_
* _Excellent communication and customer service skills.
_
* _Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
_
* _Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
_
* _Availability to work on-call and during emergencies.
_
* _Willing to get Transportation Workers Identification Credentials (TWIC) clearance.
_
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $115,000.
