*Responsibilities:* As the Marketing Coordinator at Stertil-Koni you will: * Track and book an extensive calendar of industry trade shows – working closely with an industry pro, the Director of Marketing.
* Liaise with company sales reps and distributors (dealers) nationwide, supporting them with literature shipments, trade show display bookings and more.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Support the planning and execution of company events and promotional activities – including an Annual Distributor meeting.
* Coordinate digital ad placements with trade media and confirm placements and results.
* Support press release research, writing and distribution.
* Help generate social media posts for key company developments and “merchandise” Marketing accomplishments across internal and external stakeholders.
*Job Requirements & Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
A degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with top written and verbal communications skills.
* Superior organizational talent.
* Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple projects occurring simultaneously and keep focus on top priorities.
* Proficiency in English.
* Positive attitude, team player.
* Demonstrated success in organizing and tracking events, campaigns and/or major projects.
* Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
Experience in Adobe Suite, notably Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Adobe is a genuine plus.
* Experience working special events is a plus.
* You must be able-bodied, comfortable walking several miles on occasion – such as a trade show event – and capable of lifting 15 pounds or more.
