Painter

Position Summary: Prepping and painting of facility.
Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical appearance in order as directed by the Director of Facility Services.
Primary duties focus around Prepping and painting the inside of the facility.
Will also require the cleanup from painting projects.
Education Required: High school diploma or GED.
CPR and hospital-selected de-escalation technique certification.
(Training and certification will be given on-site) At least one year of commercial painting experience.
Experience Required: One year building maintenance and/or general labor on construction projects or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: HVAC certification and/or a minimum of two years experience in HVAC repair and maintenance, and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
May substitute education for experience.
