We are looking for an experienced *HVAC Service Technician *to efficiently undertake a variety of HVAC tasks ranging from change outs, duct work and repairs, refrigeration leaks, installs, general service, troubleshooting along with tune ups.
We cover a large part of Delmarva Ranging from Ocean City, MD to Milton, DE, Greenwood, DE down to Princess Anne, MD and surrounding areas.

*Requirements: *
Proven experience as a HVAC technician
Solid understanding of HVAC installation in residential and commercial systems
Ability to handle HVAC tools and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly with a great deal of patience
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship is always helpful but not necessary
Valid license, Clean and safe driving record
EPA license REQUIRED
*Responsibilities:*
Complete HVAC troubleshooting and other related in-home, service calls.
Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
Work alongside other HVAC technicians and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings.
Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and option sheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $35.
