Boat yard worker (Annapolis)

Established business looking for a boat yard worker.
No experience necessary but preferred.
Willing to train and promote the right candidate.
Duties: - hauling, power washing, blocking, sanding and bottom painting of boats.
- assisting with maintenance around the facility - assisting experienced techs with duties.
- waxing and polishing boats.
- operating machinery including :tractor, travel lift and car.
- assisting in line handling to dock boats.
Ideal candidate will be able to: - lift and move 45 pounds unassisted - arrive on time (7:30 AM-4PM Monday - Friday) - communicate in English clearly.
- be willing to learn in a fast paced environment.
- be willing to work in all weather conditions.
- have the ability to get into and out of small places without hesitation - have already or be able to possess a valid driver's license.
- be able to climb ladders, work on scaffolding, kneel crouch and lift.
- have a smart phone with the ability to utilize an application for time tracking (not necessary but preferred) - be legal to work in the United States for a US employer.
Compensation is based on previous experience.
$17+ per hour.
