Senior Logistics Analyst

Overview: Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a talented Senior Logistics Analyst to support PMA integrated product support team.
This motivated, self-starter will be embedded within the acquisition and/or sustainment team in PMA as GFE/GFM Manager.
This team member will facilitate the execution of readiness initiatives, including reliability analysis, budgeting and planning, deliverable review, and other data analysis that enable the execution of PMA strategy.

Conduct data analysis on a variety of sustainment initiatives and logistics elements; organize data, evaluate courses of action, and present recommendations to the PMA leadership team that optimizes program support.
Provide technical execution and tracking of various logistics elements for several systems within the PMA portfolio.
Provide insight into Reliability Control Boards (RCB) through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze OEM-prepared support plans to ensure maintenance and logistics support requirements are adequately addressed.
Engage Fleet Support Team (FST) to develop sustainment solutions to technical issues that arise across systems; review and evaluate technical documentation.
Procurement of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) by initiating and/or reviewing procurement documentation, processing funding requests for orders through Production Initiation Documents (PIDS), Military Standard Requesting & Issue Procedures (MILSTRIPs), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) and other funding execution processes to achieve deliveries.
Providing annual and ongoing Funding and Requirements, Execution and Tracking Support for the procurement and delivery of GFE.
Utilize and operate accounts inside Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) Provide frequent and periodic updates to the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
Develop Spend Plan Initiation Documents (SPIDs) to align GFE procurements to Fiscal Year budgets.
Provide the IPT leads with recurring briefings on equipment delivery status, upcoming procurements, delays, and potential impacts to production or retrofit.
Qualifications: Qualifications/Skills: A self-starter who is experienced in integrated product/logistics support and wants to make an extraordinary impact on warfighter sustainment.
Candidate must be highly motivated, adaptable, and have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills.
Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
