BuilderGuru Contracting is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team.
BGC is currently experiencing exponential growth and is looking for someone who wants to grow and advance with our company! The APM is responsible for assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating the activities of all phases and aspects of a project from start to finish.
*Key Job Responsibilities:*
* Set up and maintain project records, including project directory, submittal logs, RFI logs, close out logs, etc.
, and assist with the day-to-day management of scheduled activities on projects.
* Upload drawings and submittals, logging and tracking all project documentation in Procore
* Prepare and process all close-out materials including warranties, lien releases, O & M manuals and punch list control.
* Assist Project Managers with weekly project updates
* Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, vendors, superintendents and management in all aspects of the projects
* Generate and distribute Change Requests, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, and Subcontract Amendments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.

* Commercial Construction: 2 years (Required)
