Our company has the opportunity for explosive growth and we are seeking the next key addition to our team to support our expansion.
We pursue a wide range of projects from Class A office space enhancements and municipal public space renovations, to retail and restaurant tenant fit-out projects.
*Role*
As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects and daily operations.
From inception to project completion, you will assist our team with ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also providing sales/estimating support for future projects.
This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be an integral part of our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and tasks
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Collect and analyze data to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management and construction in general
- Familiarity with contract management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $65,000.
