Landscape Production Manager

Homestead Gardens Landscaping Division is in search of a dynamic and self-driven Landscape Production Manager to take charge of every facet of our landscape projects, guiding them from conceptualization to successful completion.
What the Landscape Production Manager Will Do: Supervise and ensure the quality of landscape job installation, maintenance, and construction projects.
Review Landscape Division needs for supplies and hardgoods, requisitioning as needed.
Serve as a liaison between Landscape Production and Design/Sales Associates.
Review landscape customer job sites and contracts of sold jobs.
Assist with estimating, as needed.
Review completed work orders for billing processing.
Ensure all landscape jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Lead and motivate a team of landscape technicians, fostering optimal performance and productivity.
Provide guidance, training, and support to landscape team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager in interviewing and hiring Landscape Production associates.
Requirements: What You Will Bring: Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction techniques.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
This is required for the position.
Leadership and team management experience.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Budgeting and financial management proficiency.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field, or proven experience as a Landscape Production Manager or in a similar role.
