JOB TASKS

1 Perform all phases of machine and facilities maintenance.

2 Identify and repair mechanical problems quickly and effectively.

4 Maintain a sufficient parts inventory for machines and facilities to assure efficient repairs.

5 Maintain an orderly and effective purchasing order file.

6 Receive, stock, and inventory all incoming maintenance items.

7 Track and schedule company vehicle for repairs and maintenance.

8 Perform ground maintenance.

9 Work up to a 40 hour scheduled work week.

1 Note: Must be able to work any shift or overtime to maintain work schedules as required.

10 Available 24 hours per day for any security or fire alarm calls.

11 Run errands with company vehicle.

12 Versed in the use of fabrication equipment.

13 Fabrication of equipment/parts by verbal instruction and supplied blueprints.

14 Capable of utilizing machine shop equipment.

15 Welding all type of various materials.

17 Build/setup/relocate facility equipment.

18 Equipment setup/change over to comply with production requirements.

EDUCATION

1 High School graduate preferred

2 Minimum of five (5) years in Manufacturing setting in Converting, Printing, Packaging and Pharma Industry
