*Roles on the Team:*
* Review and understand all plans, specifications, schedules, and all other bid documents.
* Perform detailed takeoffs
* Subcontract and material quotes.
* Review all subcontractors' and suppliers' quotes to ensure they meet specifications.
* Prepare a summary of additional project requirements
* Review materials, and subcontractor internal budget structure with the Project Managers prior to bid.
* Represent the company in a professional manner in all instances to include in-person, telecommunications, and all correspondence (i.
e.
letters, emails, etc…).
* Ensure compliance in construction field
*Team Requirements:*
* 5+ years of Restoration Experience is a plus
* Ability to read Xactimate Estimates is a plus
* Sound planning and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Scheduling and ordering materials
* Controlling budgets and maximizing margins
