GMS is searching for an Entry Level Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us grow our service customer base by targeting specific industries, like hospitality.

Full training will be provided by GMS.
Position Responsibilities:
Learn our business by being coachable and curious.
Actively participate in education and training on the latest industry technologies and sales best practices
Establish client rapport with our products and services.
Generate commercial leads and develop qualified opportunities.
Formulate and present accurate and complete sales proposals.
Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service and installation managers.
Educate prospective clients on the superior quality of our services.
Follow-up with existing bids and leads.
Maintain client information and update activities in Salesforce.
Foster client development and client satisfaction for repeat and recurring revenues
Position Requirements:
Ability to travel within our Mid-Atlantic Region- MD, VA, DC, DE, and PA,
Computer literate to include average skills with Microsoft applications and Salesforce.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strategic, process-oriented thinker with a strong work ethic and proactive decision-making ability.
Self-motivated and able to execute in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to generate accurate, consistent, and timely prospecting and sales work to achieve sales objectives.
Demonstrable ability to work well with others.

Perform estimating and pricing activity to ensure best value solutions at highest attainable margins.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
$55k to $70K base salary to start (DOE) plus a generous commission and bonus program based on realistic revenue and performance goals.
