Staton Plumbing Heating & Cooling* is actively seeking to hire a *full-time, year-round Apprentice HVAC Service Position* to join our team.

*Job Description*:
As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry.
No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must.
*Responsibilities*:
* Perform routine maintenance and thorough cleaning of HVAC coils and components.
* Assist in changing filters in HVAC systems for optimal performance.
* Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques for HVAC equipment.
* Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely project completion.
* Support the installation of new HVAC systems under guidance.
* Actively participate in on-the-job training and educational opportunities to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills.
*Qualifications*:
* Applicants must be hard-working, goal oriented with a commitment to team success.
* Must have a valid Driver's license with a good driving record.
* Fantastic Customer Service Skills.
* Candidate has been employed at a job for at least a year.
* Preferably some kind of hands-on trade skills (not required).
* Motivated individual that wants to excel and grow with a company.
* Clean background.
