We’d love for you to join our team! Job Summary B&A is looking for a dedicated PeopleSoft Support Resources to support the Maryland Judiciary’s PeopleSoft environment.
Located in Annapolis, Maryland, Judicial Information Systems (JIS) is comprised of six units including application development and support, hardware installation and maintenance, operation of the Data Center computer systems, and support of online case management and business applications at the District and Circuit Courts across the state.
The PeopleSoft environment at the Judiciary includes Financials, Human Capital Management, Learning Management and Portal.
The systems are 24x7 and support 5000+ employees.
Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.

Define and capture business requirements.
Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
Provide all tier level production support.
Perform system configuration and testing.
Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field Required Skills Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.
2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.
59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Desired Skills Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.
2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.
59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Experience with the following: PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.
PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
AWE/Workflow Expert level knowledge of the following: SDLC methodology and processes SQL Oracle 19C databases REST-based webservers Peoplesoft chart of accounts and the chartfield configuration process in Peoplesoft financials.
Purchasing, e-procurement, grants, contracts, general ledger, commitment control, account payables, account receivables/billing (Order-to-Cash), and Asset Management/Inventory.
Ability to provide expert customer service.
