Waypoint Networks is an audio visual and network centric technology company in search of a full time audio visual technician.
This position will support multiple facilities within a 50 mile radius and will require personal transportation and a clean driving record.

Technician shall provide the following on‐site services:
Install Displays, Projectors, Screens, running and terminating cable.
Proactively support issues reported via email, chat, phone, and other client support mediums.
This work includes bulb replacement, trouble shooting and repairs of any physical layer problems.
Service tasks from an assigned task queue to service support requests for maintenance/repair.
Provide support of such items as (but not limited to) LCDs, Crestron Control Systems, BiAmp DSPs, Projectors, and VC systems.
Participate in development and maintenance of departmental workflow and standard operation procedures applicable to global maintenance and locale specific documentation.
Participate in Special Projects including (but not limited to) inventory tracking, deployments and general documentation.
Support IT team as required in user and inter‐departmental communication.
Provide bi‐weekly communication to IT management around regional maintenance support requests.
Preventative Maintenance (rooms inspected, avg.
inspection time, etc.
).
Break‐Fix tasks.
Provide support to all AV/VC requests unless otherwise directed by management.
This position will report directly to audio visual lead technician.
This position requires 2+ years of experience in the audio visual integration field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $40.
00 per hour
