Job description
*The Senior Electrical Project Manager has all of the duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager with an added higher leadership role.
The Senior Electrical Project Manager shall have responsibility for teaching, coaching and mentoring the other Project Managers.
The Senior Electrical Project Manager shall have a greater level of responsibility in developing and maintaining customer relations and sales with the General Contractors or Customers they are working with on the projects they oversee.

*Duties/Responsibilities:*
· Work directly with customers, on site contractors and foremen to ensure the project is on track with timeline, scope and budget.
· Attend weekly field office PM meetings and clarify specific requirements of each project.
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
· Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
· Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with job Foreman, Project Estimator, as well as customers.
· Track employee performance and provide constructive feedback, weekly Goals, Project milestones and be in charge of Gain share programs
Recruitment of employees per specific job site requirements.
*Required Skills/Abilities:*
· Excellent communication skills and personality in dealing with customers and staff.
· Proficient in Microsoft projects, Blue beam .
· Excellent organizational skills
· Attention to detail.
· Excellent conflict resolution and management.
*Education and Experience:*
· Degree preferred, but not required.
· 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
· 5+ years in a supervisory role.
· Experience with project budgeting preferred.

· Teaching and instructing the field Foreman
· Time in the office at a desk .
