Construction Superintendent (Dental/Healthcare Construction)

*Qualifications:* * *Must have 2-3 years of experience working for a Commercial Construction General Contractor* * *Must have 1-2 years of Interior Fit Out experience.
* * Experience with email and *Procore*, or similar software used for marking up drawings, and tracking RFIs and Punchlist.
* Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication abilities and professional writing skills, ability to write technical emails to Architects and Project Managers.
* Experience managing construction schedules and coordinating with multiple trades.
* In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction code.
* Must have your own personal vehicle for transportation and a valid drivers license.
Schedule is Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM- 3:30 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $75,000.
