_Millwright Crew Leader _
*Job Summary*
* Lead crews on installation of equipment or repair projects in Feed, Grain, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Recycling industrial plants.
* Organize, train, and direct Field Crew members on job sites.
* Work with integrity at all times.

*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Organize daily work duties for their crew, to complete projects in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner.
* Climb ladder/steps to work at heights varying from 10' to 220' above ground.
* Keep an eye on all areas of the project to assure work is being done safely, correctly, and professionally.
* Work out of aerial lift platforms and suspended baskets at different elevations as required.
* Operate different types of forklifts, carrying equipment and or materials, when performing different tasks such as unloading trucks or placing equipment/materials in position to be secured.
* Raising/holding personnel up in baskets or work platforms to perform tasks while elevated as high as 45'.
* Drive service trucks as well as small and large delivery trucks.
* Accurately complete related paperwork such as Field Service Reports, Forklift Daily Inspection Reports, Jobsite Safety Assessment Logs, and any other paperwork related to customer required permits or training.
* Complete Daily Driver's Logs and Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports as required for any service/delivery truck usage.
* Keep their truck organized and clean, and have all tools and equipment available and in safe and proper working condition and compliant with applicable D.

and OSHA regulations.
* Practice proper rigging/signaling of cranes for lifting materials and personnel lifting platforms.
* Follow all applicable Personnel Fall Protection requirements.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Fulfill the same duties as their crew members as needed.
* Be able to recognize and correct any safety hazards/conditions that could cause bodily injury or property damage.
* Be knowledgeable and follow all pertinent OSHA regulations as they apply to this type of work and environment.
* Be knowledgeable of the operation of construction equipment related to our trade.
* Good math, communication, welding, and sheet metals skills required.
