Responsibilities:
Ensure Bartley "Safety Always" program
Ensure PPE Program
Ensure Fall Protection
Ensure Concrete Pumping Safety
Ensure On-site Accident Procedure
Receive daily goals, drawings, and budgets from Team Leader
Lead and submit Daily Huddles
Monitor time clock for field workers
Communicate with GC Super.
and Team Leader
Allocate Equipment / Operators
Manage materials and deliveries
Manage Project Scheduling
Supervise field workers
Supervise subcontractors
Create pre-build shop drawings
Attend Pre-Con Meeting
Manage Project Layout
Manage Construction
Manage Cold Weather Concreting
Manage Hot Weather Concreting
Manage job documentation
Monitor Labor Return Job Costing
Manage Customer Service
Assist/Support Crew Personnel
Execute Change Orders
Manage Profitability
Required Experience:
Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction.
This position requires experience with some of the following concrete phases:
Layout
Footings
Cast-in-place walls
Slab on grade
Slab on metal deck
Structural slabs (preferred)
Site concrete work
Helpful Skills:
Knowledge of both English & Spanish language skills.
