*CARPENTER APPRENTICE/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE- Needed for immediate hire*
We are seeking Carpenter apprentice/property maintenance person to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have the willingness to learn and complete tasks in a timely manner.
They possess a strong work ethic and communication abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail.
They have his/her own transportation and are willing to travel within the Easton, MD area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Work alongside of lead carpenter on job sites to complete tasks as assigned
* Install building materials as required
* Assist with set-up, demo and install kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, wall finishes, interior and exterior trim, siding, windows, doors, and home repairs
* Perform construction labor work on residential and commercial structures, both interior and exterior
* Assist with drywall installation, repair, and finishing
* Unload materials and store efficiently
* Be exceptionally organized and professional
* Maintain a clean, safe job site.
* Perform other related duties as required.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to be on time
* Keep a tidy personal appearance
Job Requirements Include:
* High School Diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate.
* Must own reliable transportation - A truck is a plus
* Must complete acceptable background check
* valid drivers licence and insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.
00 - $18.
00 per hour
