BesTemps is hiring for an Industrial Electrical Technician in Easton, MD.
Job responsibilities:
Identify and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems quickly and effectively.
Identify and repair electrical problems, in regards to, writing, breakers, fuses, panels and transformers.
Be able to train/mentor electrical technicians in order for them to become electricians.
Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic diagrams, and sketches.
Ability to redesign/modify existing PLC and other electronic programs to enhance or change machinery outputs.
Provide technical support and schedule/perform electrical machine maintenance.
Coordinate/specify the order of electrical components.
Maintain documentation of electrical requirements for all facilities and machinery.
Record all maintenance information as work orders on Work order based software.
Job requirements:
General knowledge of fabrication equipment such as: drill press, band saw & shear.
General understanding of general machine and electrical maintenance.
Proficiency with microsoft suite (excel & word)
MUST have 2-3 years of industrial electrician experience.
MUST have Electrical Journeyman Certification.
MUST have high school diploma or GED.
MUST be able to pass a drug and background screening.
Pay Rate: $30-$33/hrs.
based on experience
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm
