Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Install and connect refrigeration lines, electrical wiring, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
- Proficient in ammonia refrigeration systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong plumbing skills for connecting water lines and drainage systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R principles, including design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components.
- Experience in property maintenance or mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools to assemble, install, and repair HVAC systems.
