Crawlspace Technician / Estimator

We are in search of a skilled professional to join our team, must have experience working in Crawlspaces.
Our goal is to train this person to do the estimation of jobs.
They will train with the owner as he does this now.
Our services include: Air Duct cleaning, crawlspace encapsulation, mold remediation, and minor remodels.
Must be comfortable with tight spaces and working until the job is complete.
Must be hardworking, detail-oriented and able to pay close attention to detail.
Strong communication skills a must.
Responsibilities: * Inspect the job site and take measurements.
* Analyze the design and determine the cost of materials.
* Explain quotations to clients and contractors.
* Manage project finances and schedules.
* Crawlspace remediation and encapsulation * Mold Remediation * Clean and disinfect surfaces by methodically wiping them down with a cleaning product.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
