The Job:
As our Homebuilding Estimator-Purchaser, you will work closely with Sales, Construction, and Quality Control in the Pot-Nets Communities, both in the office and field.
You will participate in the design, layout, costing, and ordering of factory-built homes, and the on-site customization of those homes with locally purchased kitchens amp; flooring, and site-built garages, decks, porches, and other additions.
Pot-Nets is a unique community to build in, with no cookie-cutter lots.
We have quiet interior wooded lots, lakefront lots, spectacular bayfront lots, and everything in-between.
The homes in our pipeline range in price from $225k to $600k.
Requirements:
Construction administration or management experience is required, along with having excellent computer and MS Excel skills.
The ability to problem-solve quickly is necessary.
Experience with HUD-code manufactured homes is a plus, but not required.
