Responsibilities:
Spearheaded strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Collaborate with executive team members to set and achieve company objectives.
Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification, developing plans to capitalize on them.
Monitor key performance indicators to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee staff training and development initiatives, ensuring a high level of competency within the team.
Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of leadership in a dynamic operational environment.
Strong understanding of construction operations and project management principles.
