*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients while upholding our high standards of quality and safety.
This position will also include manual labor work such as the duties of a construction worker.
*Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction challenges.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
*Qualifications:*
- Experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
