We are currently hiring a Maintenance Tech in Milton, DE .
We're looking for someone who can perform maintenance tasks to support the coproduction process and the entire facility, as well as necessary repairs and troubleshooting on machinery.
Complies with safety regulations and maintains a neat, clean, and orderly working area.
Detects and report defective materials and/or questionable conditions to the appropriate department supervisor.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Capable of performing simple machinist duties and responsibilities, and mechanical skills (including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines).
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Skilled at diagnosing problems, replacing, or repairing parts, troubleshooting, testing, and making adjustments.
What You'll Brew:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to company and safety specifications and standards in order to support and sustain the total production process while maintaining the facility in good working order.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Conduct a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as backup and under the direction of the Electrical Manager.
Required use of variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
There is frequent exposure production environments:
Subject to loud and constant noise
Non-environmentally conditioned spaces which may lead to extreme hot and cold
Operating environment is complex and densely populated with production equipment and forklifts that necessitates high situational awareness

Minimum Qualifications:
All production roles are required to pass a pre-employment physical exam to comply with their specific role requirement(s)
Certain roles may require the use of a respirator and passing the associated fit test
Ability to lift atleast 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly
Ability to wear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection and hard hat)
Established dexterity so you can handle materials, operate equipment and interface with computer systems with precision
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years manufacturing maintenance experience with working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills; HVAC exposure preferred
Completion of a craft apprenticeship and/or maintenance experience in a production environment preferred
Level: 9
In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $24-$38 per hour.
