commercial construction (baltimore region)

im looking for a sub.
must be insured and commercial.
will have opportunity to bid jobs and also by the hour.
mostly small punch like jobs.
with larger mixed in must know metal studs,drywall and some small finishing.
things like drain clean outs,changing bulbs.
things of this nature .
jack of all trades kind of work but mostly carpenter work.
don't need resumes.
just a short story with contact info.
may be able to keep one person busy
