We are expanding our operations in *Pasadena, MD*, and are looking to hire another Installer to join the team.
Our installers tackle the following projects: Removal and Reinstall of existing systems (when a homeowner needs a new roof), critter inspection/repair/guard, troubleshooting and more.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience installing and working in solar.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Assist the lead installer with the removal and reinstallation of an existing system.
This includes: full inspection and documentation before we start working on it, taking down all panels and racking and storing it neatly, and returning to site once the roofer is done so you can lead the reinstallation.
We reuse the panels and rail, and use new flashing (upgrade to RT Mini's, they are amazing check them out if you haven't seen them before).
* Critter work: lift panels (approx 50 pounds) , blow out nest, wrap the array in Heyco or SolaTrim depending on customer preference.
* Driving between 2-6 hours per day to job sites.
* Training your crew- we are looking for leaders that are willing to help helpers so they can grow to replace you, and you can grow up into a new position over time.
*Requirements:*
* 1 year residential solar install experience
* Experience with Enphase, SolarEdge, etc
*Compensation*
* $22/hour-$26/hour Depending on experience
* Take home vehicle- clock in when you start driving, clock out when you get home
