CACI is seeking a cleared Technician to support National Guard Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) systems by utilizing expertise to ensure sustainment and mission-readiness of communication systems at St.
Inigoes, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide high-level technical support for satellite, radio, power, wireless, VTC and IT network systems.
Perform complex systems installations and maintenance.
Test, repair and troubleshoot network equipment problems.
Create and implement preventative maintenance programs, integration procedures, and test procedures.
Log performance and maintenance records on equipment and software builds.
Provide operational and maintenance training of systems to customers and end-users.
Write and conduct test procedures and mission plans.
Evaluate, identify, report and advise on system recommendations and design changes as necessary.
Identify and recommend logistical needs, material replacement and/or repair requirements to ensure teams are fully mission capable.
Log and track incident reports from identification to resolution.
Support occasional duty phone operation – a rotating assignment for 24/7 team support to troubleshoot if issues arise.
Travel availability to support exercises, upgrades, and real-world mission support.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active DoD Secret clearance
Associate degree in Engineering or Technical discipline with 7 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of relevant work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technical discipline.
National Guard experience with JISCC systems.
