Highly reputable Foodservice Distributor in the Middle Atlantic region for over 60 years, located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, is seeking a trustworthy and reliable *Service Technician* who will perform technical services on company and client equipment, including installations, upkeeps, and repairs with a Customer Centric Attitude.
Reporting to the Service Technician Manager, the Service Technician is responsible for providing technical repair and service work to our customers in a timely manner.
The individual must be willing to expand and learn various service programs including, but not limited to: Coffee/Tea, Beer, and Ware Wash.
*GENERAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:*
* Installation of various equipment to our customer’s business location.
* Respond to service calls given under the direction of the Service Technician Manager
* Perform preventive maintenance and sanitation of lines.
* Maintain an accurate and adequate inventory of spare parts in vehicle.
* Responsible for general up-keep of vehicle in accordance with company policy.
* Collaborate with managers and other service technicians.
* Write service report following every appointment.
* Knowledge of all necessary tools and equipment to perform service installations/repairs.
* Teach/educate customers on how to use equipment.
* Apt to be on the road for long period of time.
* Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.

* Available for the on/call rotation schedule (nights and weekends).
* Available to work certain holidays.
