As an Estimator at The FA Taylor Company, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by accurately assessing the costs and resources required for commercial roofing installations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.

\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
1.
Conduct thorough assessments of commercial roofing projects to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
2.
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure accurate project estimates.
3.
Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to identify potential challenges and develop comprehensive estimates.
4.
Research and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and vendors.
5.
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, proposals, and bid packages.
6.
Stay abreast of industry trends, material costs, and market conditions to provide informed and competitive estimates.
7.
Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other industry partners.
8.
Work closely with the project management team to review and adjust estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
9.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
1.
Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator/PM.
2.
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
3.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
4.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.
5.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7.
Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
8.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
00 - $70,000.
