Sanding and painting vintage house (Snow Hill)

Looking for a couple part time helpers To sand and paint exterior walls of a 1780 .
I have tested methods and tools.
It is actually kind of easy and very gratifying.

15 per hour first day 20 second.
tops out at 25 for motivated people.
There is $ 10,000 worth of work.
Work days are usually 5 hours.
Some meals included just because we can.
