If you are punctual, meticulous, eager to learn, and possess the qualities necessary to excel in this role, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities:* * Take ownership of the delivery process from checking the packing list for accuracy to communicating the schedule to the client.
* Handle materials with care to prevent damage or defects during production and transportation.
* Safely load, unload, and deliver cabinets to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
* Basic installation or measurements as required.
* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
* Assist in the production of high-quality cabinets, following detailed instructions and specifications.
* Operate various machinery and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure optimal productivity.
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement by actively participating in training programs and seeking opportunities for professional development.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to promote a secure work environment for yourself and others.
*Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Prior experience in cabinet production, woodworking, or a related field is a plus.
* Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cabinets, up to a specified weight limit.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in cabinet production and delivery.
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
